In Biarritz, follow the signs for ‘CENTRE VILLE’, then continue until you see signs for ‘MEDIATHEQUE’ or ’PARKING CENTRE VERDUN’. This is the right place. ’PARKING CENTRE VERDUN’ is the public parking garage at the underground level of the Mediathèque.
